For more than 30 years, Jeanie has supported people through some of the hardest moments of their lives as a nurse and now as a Board-Certified Nurse Coach in Health and Wellness. She works with adults facing chronic illness, anxiety, stress, and major life changes, using nervous system regulation and mindset coaching to help reduce overwhelm, calm stress responses, and bring clarity back into daily life.
After facing serious health challenges of her own, she saw clearly that the struggle is not only physical. It is the constant stress in the body, the fear of what might happen next, and the cycle of “what if” thinking that keeps people feeling stuck. That understanding now shapes how she supports every client.

Through both my clinical experience and my own health challenges, I saw how much of the struggle comes from the body staying in a constant stress response and the mind getting pulled into fear and “what if” thinking. That is where this work begins.
