For more than 30 years, Jeanie has supported people through some of the hardest moments of their lives as a nurse and now as a Board-Certified Nurse Coach in Health and Wellness. She works with adults navigating chronic illness, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions, offering support that is grounded in nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, and real clinical experience.
After facing serious health challenges of her own, she saw how much of the struggle is not just physical. It is the constant stress response, the fear of what might happen next, and the cycle of “what if” thinking that keeps people feeling overwhelmed and stuck. This understanding now shapes how she supports her clients.
